I have spent 13+ years leading projects, teams and portfolios across automotive, pharma, financial services, life-science and FMCG. Today I connect that delivery experience with agentic AI: shaping strategy, designing multi-agent architectures, and actually building them with Claude Code and n8n. Enterprise agent catalogues

For large enterprises I help design modular catalogues of cooperating agents that augment how IT turns ideas into delivered software — in essence, agentic use-case research and automation at portfolio scale. Each agent owns a narrow slice of the delivery lifecycle — capturing demand, mapping architecture, drafting requirements, generating code, tracking delivery — all plugged into a shared knowledge fabric. The value is not one agent saving time, but the compounding effect across the whole portfolio: fewer duplicate demands, cleaner architecture decisions and transparent delivery cost.

Repository-centered, boundary-aware design

My favourite pattern: put a single source of truth in the middle and let every agent read and write to the same conventions. Internal agents draft meeting minutes, answer team questions grounded on the repo, and run scheduled digests and reports; external agents help key users navigate — but only ever see the public zone. Clear boundaries keep internal content internal, with no data duplicated anywhere.

Vibecoding turned years of "nice-to-have" ideas into shipped products — most notably Burgi Budget, my household finance & investing platform (now in public BETA), which I keep evolving feature by feature. My whole life and knowledge live in Notion, so I built my own Notion MCP server that lets my agents read and write there directly — context, tasks and notes, all in one place.

Burgi Garden — smart garden, automated

Burgi Garden is my smart-garden app: one place for the plant catalogue, beds and zones, water balance and plant-health tracking. It computes watering needs from real rainfall and evaporation (Open-Meteo ET₀), keeps a care diary and tracks diseases and pests. Everything syncs with Notion — and Ferdinand, my AI garden agent (n8n + Telegram), identifies plants from photos, assesses their health, advises on care based on the weather, and logs the diary entries for me automatically.

Burgi Cockpit is my command center for the whole Burgi ecosystem: cookieless, privacy-first web analytics across every site, live VPS health (CPU, memory, disk, services), uptime & SSL watch, GitHub insights, and an SEO & GEO audit that scores pages for classic search and AI-search readiness — all unified on one dashboard. I built it to run everything from a single screen.

I show up — a lot. I am active in the CEE Data & AI community and across the Czech AI scene: Zážeh AI under the Czech Association of Artificial Intelligence, Měsíc AI, AI Coffees, Barcamp Ostrava and TechMeetup Ostrava. I also teach and enable others — Gemini Enterprise and MS Copilot training, building custom skills for Claude Code, and hands-on n8n workshops.
